You'll support the inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned properties, ensuring every space functions smoothly and safely. From performing preventive maintenance and responding to repair work orders to conducting facility inspections and addressing interior and exterior building needs, your technical skills will directly impact the quality of our clients' environments. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and we'll support your growth as you develop your technical capabilities and expand your maintenance expertise.What your day-to-day will look like Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems and equipmentConduct assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on conditions that impact client occupancy and operationsComplete general interior maintenance tasks including hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing office furniture systems, and repairing doorsReplace lighting fixtures and ballasts, clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts, and support the operations team with building and equipment maintenanceMove office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested to support facility operationsComplete hazard assessments as necessary and comply with all safety procedures while maintaining good housekeeping in work areasUtilize CMMS systems such as 360 Facility to update work order status in real time and document all work performedSubmit P-card receipts daily, perform vehicle safety inspections, and escalations problems or issues to customers and managers in a timely mannerAttend work and safety meetings as required and complete all assigned safety trainings on scheduleRequired qualifications High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1‑3 years of applicable experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical workValid state driver's license with the ability to maintain it throughout employmentAbility to lift up to 80 lbs and work from heights, including climbing ladders up to 30 feetCapability to frequently climb, bend, lift, kneel, stoop, and work with arms extended overheadWillingness to work in adverse conditions including extreme cold and extreme hot environmentsAbility to climb a ladder with a 300 lb weight limit while carrying a tool bag weighing approximately 20 lbsStrong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team membersPreferred qualifications Third-party trade certifications in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or related technical areasAdditional licenses as required by local authority having jurisdictionExperience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as 360 FacilityFamiliarity with state, county, and city building codes, ordinances, and regulationsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
