The qualified candidate will be responsible for reducing equipment downtime, improving overall process reliability, and leading facility cost reduction and CI initiatives.ResponsibilitiesManage and improve new and existing equipment maintenance programsLead Root Cause Failure Elimination process to identify root cause and implement actions to prevent recurrenceManage the project engineer and supervise hourly techniciansWork with CI team to analyze downtimeTroubleshoot issues and develop action plans to minimize impact on equipmentAssist in development and utilization of reliability metrics to measure performanceReview and critique PM execution and outageProvide long‑term planning for equipment and the facilityAssist with major equipment work scopes for biddingManage contractors during outagesManage the capital budget for the facilityBuild and maintain positive working relationships with all employees in the facilityRequirementsBS Engineering degree preferred5+ years of engineering and maintenance experienceHigh‑speed food manufacturing experienceLarge plant experience – 250+ employeesCapital project experienceCI/Lean experience preferredStrong communication, leadership, and group facilitation skillsContact: jevans@judge.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
