    Starting Date: ImmediatelyJob DescriptionJob Title: Maintenance Engineer III - PlumberWage/Hour Status: Non-ExemptReports to: Maintenance LeadPay Grade: Aux Grade 7Dept./School: Facility Services DepartmentDate Revised: 07/2016Primary Purpose: Assume responsibility for the safe condition of assigned facilities including repairs to doors, windows, ceiling tile & grid, floor coverings, toilet stalls, lockers, hardware, etc.Under general supervision, maintain plumbing systems and their components district wide. Be able to diagnose and repair/replace various plumbing components such as faucets, mixing valves, circulating pumps, water closets, urinals, and water heaters. Installation or replace/repair cast iron, copper, poly (Pex), and PVC pipe.
