This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.Position Overview: As part of the talented Maintenance team, you will focus on identifying opportunities to implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) practices. The individual will concentrate on improving equipment reliability and will lead the implementation of necessary changes. By leveraging failure analysis, data collection, industry best practices, and technology, the engineer will recommend solutions that enhance equipment uptime and overall production availability.Essential FunctionsProvides ideas and direction to the maintenance team in all support areas including safety, planning/scheduling, TPM, Preventative Maintenance, PdM, Equipment Reliability, Cost, Efficiency, Quality, Training, and Utilization of the Labor forceDevelops, implements, and oversees predictive and preventive maintenance program and continually updates procedures and schedules trainingUtilizes current technology to monitor and control equipment and processes, suggest and implement Connected Operations to accomplish these changesResponsible for conducting Root Cause Failure Analysis and determining solutions to prevent repeat failuresResponsible for analyzing equipment reliability and appropriate means for improvementResponsible for identifying resources and/or expertise with suppliers and engineering partners to help solve chronic problemsParticipates in the review of departmental systems including, but not limited to, the information system and plant IIoT and ConnectivityAssists in production equipment repair, rebuild or replace decisionsEnsures appropriate stock levels of replacement parts. Monitors the quality of those parts and suggests corrective actions for poor quality partsSupports TPM efforts and has the capability of identifying and implementing the correct elements for successful "Buy-In"Participates in the supervision of project planning and scheduling, technical employee training, workforce level modifications, and analysis of employee capabilitiesCapable of Leading Cross-Functional Teams in coordinated Events (Rapid Improvement Teams)Assists in creation and attainment of maintenance goals and Key performance Indicators (KPIs), using World Class Organizations as a baselineRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial) is preferred; equivalent experience such as a completed apprenticeship or Journeyman status will also be consideredMinimum 5 years Maintenance experience with emphasis on Predictive and Proactive PracticesProficient in computer applications, including CAD, with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office toolsKnowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)Knowledge of Root Cause Failure analysisKnowledge of TPMMaintenance Reliability Training and/or CertificationAbility to work effectively with all individuals/groups within organizationPreferred QualificationsElectrical, digital infrastructure, and PLC experienceExperience in a union manufacturing facilityOracle or similar CMMS experienceProject Management Training and/or certificationLean Six Sigma training or experiencePower BI, Ignition and AL experienceWorking ConditionsAbility to work in an office and indoor industrial environmentCompensation: The anticipated pay range for this position is $73,600 - $106,200 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, and geographic location.
