Job Summary:
Seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead a team of technicians, oversee plant facilities, maintain equipment, and implement new machinery/processes for safety, quality, and efficiency improvements. Reports to the Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.
- Design machinery, tooling, and optimize workflow.
- Oversee repairs, installations, and budget control.
- Manage vendor relations and supervise maintenance activities.
- Support CAPEX planning and preventive maintenance programs.
Requirements:- Must Have: Supervisory experience, machine troubleshooting, technical expertise in facility maintenance.
- Nice to Have: Robotics experience, maintenance program knowledge, PLC programming.
