  • Conduct preventive maintenance: Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks to extend equipment lifespan and ensure reliable performance
  • Document maintenance activities: Record completed repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
  • Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise maintenance team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and performance
  • Uphold regulatory standards: Monitor, maintain, and test Life Safety Systems in accordance with federal, state, local, and company standards
