    Your military training gave you the discipline, technical depth, and problem-solving instincts this role demands. Step into a journeyman-level industrial electrician position where your skills go to work on real, complex systems from day one — no hand-holding required.

    What You'll Do:

    • Install, troubleshoot, and program PLCs, AC/DC drives, control circuits, and conduit systems
    • Diagnose and repair equipment failures across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
    • Read and work from blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical layouts
    • Operate precision tools and equipment including hoists, engine lathes, and power tools
    • Train and mentor apprentice-level maintenance personnel


    Requirements

    • Journeyman Electrician Certificate (state-approved 4-year apprenticeship with 8,000 OJT hours)
    • Working knowledge of at least four maintenance disciplines: electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, plumbing, and/or welding
    • Proficiency with PLCs, digital drives, sensors, relays, and limit switches
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a demanding manufacturing environment
