Maintenance Director

The Courville at Manchester is a senior living community in Manchester's North End. We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We’re looking for a Maintenance Director.

The Maintenance Director is in charge of maintaining both the inside and outside of the building along with day-to-day problems that may arise. The schedule is Mon-Fri 8-4:30, and on-call availability every other weekend. Annual salary range $60k-$70k based on experience and skill set.

The right candidate for this position will have:

• Experience in a Healthcare setting required
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of HVAC systems
• Electrical knowledge
• Basic plumbing experience
• Knowledge of Life Safety requirements
• Knowledge of NFPA rules and regulations
• Will be able to change light bulbs, program remotes, hang pictures
• Be able to paint door trims, ceilings, walls
• Fix broken furniture, doors, and other miscellaneous items
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure proper function of all equipment
• Respond and send emails to maintain communication with department heads and vendors
• Making sure the building is safe for the residents at all times
• Clear sidewalks and doorways during all types of weather

Requirements:

• Must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions with or without reasonable accommodations required by Federal, State or Local law.

• Able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
• Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
• Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of the facility
