PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION
This is labor-intensive work maintaining the cleanliness of County-owned facilities, common areas, and grounds. Under the supervision of the Buildings and Grounds department, is responsible for the day-today operations of the up-keep of Anderson County Courthouse. This includes the facilities as well as the grounds.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Equipment, Machinery, Tools, and Materials Utilization: Requires the ability to operate, maneuver, and/or control the actions of equipment, machinery, tools, and/or materials used in performing essential functions.

Physical Ability: Tasks require the ability to exert physical effort which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of objects and materials of moderate weight (25-50 pounds).
Sensory Requirements: Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate visual cues or signals. Some tasks require the ability to communicate orally.
Environmental Factors: Essential functions are regularly performed without exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
