ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations, including scheduling and supervising staff; provide hands-on technical guidance across facility, grounds, and field upkeep; prioritize and inspect work to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency; manage projects from planning through completion, including coordinating contractors and resources; and maintain equipment, support team training, and deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Stooping, crouching, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, hearing, seeing up close, seeing far away, kneeling, reaching, pushing, talking, standing, finger movement, repetitive motions, depth perception. Frequent lifting of 10 to 25 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work requires some exposure to environmental changes (e.g., outdoor weather and/or field conditions, warehouses, covered loading docks, garages, etc.) or irate customers, extreme noise, odors, heights and/or dust.
