Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty (PenFed Realty), a wholly owned subsidiary of PenFed Credit Union (PenFed), is hiring a (Hybrid) Maintenance Coordinator, Property Management at our Richmond, Virginia office. The primary purpose of this job is to respond to and execute all requests for maintenance in PFR Property Management, as well as resolve associated maintenance issues.

Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
Active Virginia Real Estate License required.
Previous property management experience required.
Experience using AppFolio or similar property management software strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of residential property maintenance processes and vendor coordination.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email communication, and property management technology platforms.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Experience using A.I. tools preferred.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Virginia landlord-tenant laws and property management regulations.
Experience with leasing and tenant relations.
Ability to analyze maintenance costs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Sales or business development experience within real estate or property management preferred.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position will not supervise employees.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.
