LMG is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day facility operations and maintain safe, functional, and welcoming work environments. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will help maintain facility operations, coordinate maintenance activities, support workplace readiness, and ensure employees and visitors have a safe and productive environment.
• Facility Operations & Maintenance Coordination – Coordinate maintenance and service activities for building systems and equipment including generators, refrigeration equipment, copiers, security systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and other facility infrastructure while partnering with building ownership and maintenance teams to resolve issues efficiently
• General Facility Repairs & Upkeep – Perform minor repairs and facility improvements including painting, wall patching, basic plumbing, furniture touch-ups, stain removal, and general workspace maintenance to maintain a professional environment
• Custodial & Workplace Readiness – Support facility appearance and functionality through custodial activities including floor care, window cleaning, waste removal, kitchen upkeep, restroom stocking, and maintaining shared spaces
• Event & Workspace Support – Assist with room setups and tear-downs including moving and arranging tables, chairs, and equipment to prepare spaces for meetings, trainings, and operational activities
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination – Obtain approvals, dispatch outside vendors, monitor project completion, and ensure external work is completed safely, effectively, and according to established procedures
• Administrative & Logistics Support – Provide administrative support for facilities operations, maintenance planning, purchasing activities, and general logistics coordination as business needs require
• Maintenance Documentation & Work Order Management – Ensure maintenance requests are documented, work orders are completed, and accurate records are maintained including scope of work, materials used, service providers, completion dates, and associated costs
• Safety & Equipment Oversight – Maintain tools, equipment, fire extinguishers, and safety resources in safe working condition while promoting a secure and organized workplace
• On-Call Support & Operational Flexibility – Participate in on-call support and assist with additional operational priorities as needed to support business continuity
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, building operations, workplace services, or related fields preferred
• Working knowledge of general building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and facility maintenance practices
• Ability to safely perform light maintenance and physical facility support activities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or service providers preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable using work order systems, documentation tools, and standard office software
• Ability to work independently while supporting broader operational goals
