Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and execute maintenance projects across our portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple maintenance and capital improvement projects from start to finish
  • Develop project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely completion
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure accountability and project alignment
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively with strong problem-solving skills
  • Maintain detailed records of project scope, budgets, and progress updates
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality expectations
  • Support budgeting and cost control efforts across projects
