Join Our Team as a Maintenance Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Maintenance Coordinator, youll be responsible for managing work orders, coordinating special projects, and ensuring the timely completion of maintenance tasks at our community. You'll also assist with vendor coordination and collaborate with leadership to improve property operations.

Compensation and Incentives

  • Excellent Base Pay : $21.00 - $ 23.00/hour

  • 20% Rent Discount

  • Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)

  • $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

Hours & Schedule

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM

  • *Schedule subject to change based on business needs

Your Essential Responsibilities:

Work Orders & Follow-Up

  • Answer maintenance requests and input work orders promptly

Inventory & Vendor Coordination

  • Assist with scheduling contractors for capital projects and obtaining quotes

Capital Project Assistance

  • Schedule and track special projects and make-readies

  • Assist with inspections, including fire and DCA tours, and property curb appeal initiatives

What We'll Expect from You:

  • 2-5 years of related experience or training

  • Customer service and coordination experience

  • Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting tools

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
