ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESExhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.Initiate Purchase Requests from Managers and employees, research pricing and vendor applicability, follow up with purchasing to ensure orders are received.Keep record of service and maintenance calls and work orders.Maintain files on all specific standing work orders and related information and documents.File all permits and licenses, negotiate and obtain bids, review contracts for projects to be submitted to the Director of Facilities for approval.Coordinate office activities including scheduling appointments, delegating work, providing information to callers, taking notes, and otherwise relieving the Department Head of clerical administrative and business related details.Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.Ensure prompt and discreet notification to senior management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violations.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.
