When you join RadNet as a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, replacing lights, filters, etc.
  • Performs minor fixes, such as repairing damaged walls, painting & patching throughout the centers.
  • Works with tools, including hand and electrical tools.
  • Install appliances and equipment as needed.
  • Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
  • Maintain grounds by collecting trash, window cleaning and pest control.
  • Ensures repairs are completed in timely manner in order to avoid accidents.
  • Replace or repair locker and cabinets.
  • Replace or repair doors, to include changing of locks and keys.
  • Replace ceiling tiles and light fixtures.
  • Minor flooring repair.
  • Small equipment removal, desk, computers, refrigerators, microwaves.
  • Mounting of various items, signs and art work.
  • Data network cabling and repair under the supervision of IT.
  • Performs minor electrical and plumbing tasks.
  • Relocation of office furniture and equipment.
  • Delivering equipment and supplies as well as site clean-up.
  • Upkeep of all company vehicles and maintain tools.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

  • Valid Drivers license, in good standing.
  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • At least 2 years experience in facilities maintenance.
  • Must be prepared to complete assigned tasks after hours or weekends in order to not interfere with the operations of the center.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
  • Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and able to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Range: $14.00- $20.00 per hour
