Maintenance Coordinator

This position is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team.

The Maintenance Coordinator has an important role to ensure our community is maintained in good repair and all systems are in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: painting, minor plumbing, floor care, and minor repairs throughout the community.

• High level of organization & attention to detail
• Ability to work independently/self-motivated
• High energy

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of maintenance experience
