Job Summary
To assist in populating, Updating, and maintaining the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) used at the Polynesian Cultural Center.
Position Scope
Population of database with asset information, Update tags on all assets. Update and add new documents of all assets and inventory.
Uses relevant data to update & expand preventive maintenance program in CMMS System.
Trains staff in use of CMMS system and mobile devices.
Keeps up to date & expands upon the Preventive Maintenance program in the CMMS system.
Requirements
Must be a Construction and Facilities Management Major
Have a basic understanding of building systems.
Be a self-starter with the ability to accomplish objectives without constant direction from management.
Be able to work independently.
Be willing to learn new skills.
Be fluent in the English language in both oral and written communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must attach resume and current schedule (weekly view)

Approximate starting hourly rate:
$14.00 - $16.00
