Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance CMMS Inventory / Receiving clerk for a 3 month temporary role with one of our clients.

Day shift
Mon-Fri
$25/hr
Qualifications:
Parts Receiving Experience
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
EAM and Oracle experience preferred.
Parts inventory and cycle counting
Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles.
Knowledge of SOX compliance.
Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
Receive building & maintenance supplies, Services and Supplies for other areas as required.
Asset tracking, maintain current Asset List
Financial Tracking
Conduct cycle count inventory to schedule. Maintain inventory parts and equipment lists.
Maintain vendor/contractor paperwork.
Verify paperwork for accuracy prior to submission.
Attend maintenance shift meetings.
Adhere to Company Safety Programs
Other duties as assigned.
