Building Maintenance Technician — Lincoln, CA
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
Pay: $22–$23/hrStatus: FullTime, LongTerm
About the Position
A leading manufacturing company in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to support daily facility operations. This is a longterm, fulltime opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment, buildings, and production environments running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general facility repairs including carpentry, painting, patching, and basic construction tasks
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues (lighting, outlets, switches)
- Handle plumbing maintenance such as leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements
- Support manufacturing operations with equipment checks and minor repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Requirements
- 1+ year of building or facility maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of general repairs, electrical basics, and plumbing
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Manufacturing environment experience is a plus
- Must be comfortable working an early shift
