Job Duties
- Completes work orders as assigned
- Performs preventative maintenance on equipment
- Assists in routine tests of various systems and equipment
- Completes painting, carpentry, and other repairs as needed
- Maintains center grounds
- Assists with the safety program to provide a sage working environment
- Reports to Maintenance Director on all projects, repairs, and work orders
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in long term care facility preferred
- Experience with and/or knowledge of light carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems preferred
- Strong initiative to perform all tasks above expectation
- Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English
