Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, managing inventory, scheduling on-call and maintenance tasks, and inspecting buildings.
Compensation ranges from $29-$31/hour plus incentives such as rent discounts, renewal commissions, and benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.
Schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating on-call duties, requiring availability for emergencies.
Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, HVAC certification preferred, and 1+ years of related experience.
