Under the supervision of the Director of MOT, perform all the necessary tasks to plan, organize, and direct the maintenance and operations programs of the District. The incumbent coordinates with the Director of MOT to plan and administer these programs for the District.

Certifications and Conditions of Employment: - Possession of a valid, class "C" California driver s license. - Required clearances (fingerprint, TB, etc.). - Industry certifications (asbestos, HVAC, safety training) desirable or required within a specified timeframe.

College coursework in construction, facilities management, supervision, or a related field is desirable - Experience: Ten years of experience in the field of building maintenance or operations, with at least four years in school-related operations or maintenance. - Supervisory Experience: At least three years of experience in the direct supervision of personnel.
