We're looking for a detail-driven, analytical professional to join our team as an Maintenance and Fuel Accounting Specialist. This role sits at the intersection of two critical functions-Procurement and Fuel-offering a unique opportunity to gain cross-functional experience while making a direct impact on operational accuracy, cost control, and inventory integrity.

What You'll Do
- Process non-trade invoices through established approval workflows
- Code, track, and close Field Services work orders
- Create and manage purchase orders, including Home Store and inventory orders
- Enter and reconcile daily terminal liftings against inventory reports
- Reconcile bulk offtake files to ensure alignment with terminal inventory
- Process and reconcile daily fuel deliveries, including bulk plant to store transfers
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, over/short issues, and variances
- Support pricing validation and ensure accuracy across fuel transactions
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (all disciplines welcome)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
Experience with:
- Invoice processing and reconciliation
- Inventory tracking or supply chain operations
- Familiarity with pricing validation, freight rate structures, and invoice processing
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet daily deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel or similar data tools
