About the Role:
The Maintenance & Facilities Manager is a vital role among the Operations team, reporting directly to the Director of Operations for North America. This role will be responsible for building and managing a team of facilities and maintenance technicians in direct support of our production processes. The primary focus is on developing a team that can perform scheduled, preventative maintenance, troubleshoot concerns as they arise. This individual will be responsible for the M&F budget creation and adherence, process ownership of ERP systems, and aligning schedules to best support the needs of production and sales.

Responsible for the building and managing a team focused on reliable operation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of all facilities, utilities, and production equipment.
Managerial tasks
Lead, train, develop, schedule, and supervise maintenance technicians
