We continue to lead because of our world‑class, inclusive workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.Role ResponsibilitiesLead and execute preventive maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.Manage PLC and control systems for the factory and facility equipment.Diagnose and resolve complex equipment and facility issues with minimal supervision.Develop and implement process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and energy efficiency.Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and projects.Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Support capital projects and facility upgrades, including planning and execution.Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety procedures.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a technical field2+ years of maintenance or facilities engineering experience in industrial, commercial, or facility environments1+ years of experience with PLC, controls, mechanical, electrical, and/or HVAC systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manualsThe ability to stand for extended periods of time and routinely lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, and squat.Preferred QualificationsOSHA 10 certificationTrade license (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing – depending on jurisdiction)Completion of technical school or apprenticeshipIntermediate troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsFamiliarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)Understanding of PLC basics and motor controlsForklift, scissor lift, or aerial work platform certificationLockout/Tagout trainedPhysically capable of working in a fast‑paced, stop‑and‑go manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to multi‑task effectively.Alert, dependable, and safety‑focused.Previous experience in manufacturing material handling or similar industrial environments.Knowledge of parts and materials required for production operations.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong organizational skills and ability to make quick decisions in support of a process‑oriented operation.Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 and $158,000.00 annually.
