Mainframe Technical Specialist
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months
Seeking for a Mainframe Technical Specialist to serve as a mainframe expert, should have extensive mainframe skills including CICS, DB2, Elixir, Endevor, IMS, and JCL. Additional skills in middleware and MQ are beneficial.
- Thorough knowledge of Z/OS operating system and its interrelationships and functionality
- Ability to provide configuration management/release management support and guidance for Endevor software
- Thorough knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) programming language and techniques
- Thorough knowledge of tools and utilities to support DB2
- Ability to evaluate complex SQL queries and recommend suggestions for better software performance and cost savings
- Ability to provide CICS administration, problem-solving, and debugging support interfacing with application developers as well as personnel
Must Have:
