Shift Timing: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Mon to Fri)
Contract: 0-5 Months (Temp to Engage)

Responsibilities:
This individual will help with the sortation of incoming coupons, help distribute all weekly sales and marketing materials into store mailboxes, manage emails, monitor incoming work, follow up with management on daily work goals and assist co-workers as needed in a print and mail environment. This candidate must be punctual, have experience in Microsoft software, self-motivated, detail oriented, follow instructions, be prepared to change tasks with minimal notice, present themselves in a professional manner, work adjusted schedules or overtime as needed and work with a varied workforce. This is a temp to hire position. If this candidate proves to fit the team, show initiative, be adaptive to different assignments and show an aptitude for learning I would want to offer a full time position. This candidate should be able to work a 10-hour shift, stand for long periods of time, sit for long periods of time, lift at least 25lbs, reach across pallets, stack pallets, push mail racks and assemble shipping boxes. Manual pallet jack experience is a bonus.
Dress Code: The dress code is business casual. Polo style shirts, clean free of holes, jeans, and clean tennis shoes are allowed. If hired, client polos can be ordered for this individual.
Interview Type: Initial interviews will be done on the phone. If additional interviews are needed, they should be virtual. I will have the 2 area leads in the virtual interview as well.
