The Mailroom Clerk position is a temporary-to-permanent role in Danville, Indiana, working Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
It involves operating high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment, managing mail systems, shipping and receiving, and performing copier maintenance. Additional duties include sorting mail, handling supplies, preparing reports, and supporting building operations such as light maintenance and conference setup.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years of related experience, and good customer service, PC, and organizational skills. Physical demands may involve lifting up to 55 lbs, long periods of standing, and occasional overtime. The role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
