About the Role:
As a CBRE Workplace & Mail Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class
customer service experience to employees and guests, and providing basic mailroom
operations. This job is part of the Workplace Experience & Office Operations functions. They are
responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated
building.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate all mail, shipping, and receiving services, including daily checks and
replenishing of mail and postage supplies.
Ensure that all packages received and delivered arrive the same day or advise the
recipient of next-day arrival.
Bring mail, packages, copy products, and stationary to assigned groups or locations as
per the daily schedule.
Ensure all shipped packages are protected against damage, applying appropriate
postage and requiring necessary identification for outgoing mail.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers who support workplace operations.
Support on-site workplace and event operations, including room setup, teardown, and
supply delivery.
Maintain a clean appearance of office areas, conference rooms, and other common
areas, requesting building and janitorial services as needed.
Acknowledge and resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and
co-workers in a professional, customer service-driven manner.
Communicate detailed or complex information clearly within the team and collaborate
closely with the Workplace Experience Manager.
Follow documented workflows and existing procedures to perform work and solve
straight forward problems with limited opportunity for discretion.
Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in your own work area
without supervisory approval.
Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of
the team.
Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures to ensure the safety of
individuals in the building.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Work onsite five days a week (typically 8am - 5pm) in the client's downtown San
Francisco office.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate
judgment and precedents.
In-depth knowledge of Google Suite & Microsoft products. Examples include Google
Docs, Sheets, Word, Excel, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Ability to fulfill the physical requirements associated with this role, including stooping,
standing, walking, and lifting/carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Advanced math skills with the ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts,
and markups.
Excellent communication skills to evaluate and convey complex content in a concise and
logical manner.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Mail and Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $60,000 annually [or $28.85 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Mail and Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $66,000 annually [or $31.73 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
