What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Mailroom Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities include:
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Manually inserting all types of mail
Picking up and delivering mail/parcels using a company vehicle
Scanning and digitizing incoming mail for internal departments
Sorting and processing returned mail
Maintaining proper postage levels on meter machines
Handling special mail types: Registered, Certified, Insured, Express Mail
Delivering and picking up internal correspondence across departments
Using computerized addressing systems (PAVE software)
Assigning documents received in department systems
Conducting all work in compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
Following the iA Financial Group Code of Conduct
We’re looking for someone who:
Is known for strong attention to detail
Stands out for clear written and verbal communication
Demonstrates strong problem‑solving and issue‑resolution skills
Is recognized for organization and the ability to prioritize
Performs well under pressure and manages multiple tasks
Has a high school diploma or GED
Has mailroom experience (preferred)
Has a good driving record
Works well independently and as part of a team
Adapts well to procedural and organizational changes
Maintains a positive, learning‑oriented attitude
