Mail Room Coordinator- 9-month temporary role, onsite in Portland, Oregon
This role is onsite in Portland, Oregon and is a 9 month temporary role. The Mail Room Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and tracking Mail Room activities and incoming/outgoing mailing job data. Responsibilities include inventory reporting and vendor support, as well as ownership of the department's intranet site maintenance and coordination of project request forms. The position supports large, complex and special mailing and scanning requests and provides general support and back-up for all mail room functions.
Estimated Hiring Range:
$22.82 - $27.89
Bonus Target:
Bonus - SIP Target, 5% Annual
