Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Open, sort and prepare incoming correspondence.
  • Scan incoming correspondence.
  • Record specified incoming documents.
  • Appropriately file imaged claims, appeals, adjustments and inferior quality imaged claims.
  • Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors.
  • Able to lift totes weighing 35-40 pounds.
  • Mandatory overtime is required.
  • Typical Day in the Role:-Meet established department production and quality standards.
  • Assist team members in other areas (in-office or remote) to align with business needs.
  • Open, sort and prepare incoming documents.
  • Image incoming paper documents.
  • Maintain appropriate records, files and processing documentation.

  • Shifts: Daily OT flexes based of mail counts. Up to 8 hr. of OT per week. 
  • 8am-4:30pm CST (40 hours/week with possible OT)
  • Days: Monday through Friday.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Must have Skills: ["Mail distribution", "Document processing", “Record maintenance”, "Mailroom", “Production”]
  • Education/Experience: -High school diploma or equivalent. 3 months - 1 year of production related experience preferred.
  • Value added or experience gained: This role builds valuable skills in time management, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork. 
  • It also offers hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain operations—an area that continues to grow across many industries.
  • Previous Production experience.
  • Performance indicators:  Manual processing speed and accuracy
  • Shifts: Daily OT flexes based of mail counts. Up to 8 hr. of OT per week.
