Job Description:
They will be working in a high-volume mail center. This mail center opens mail with medical records and sorts them through the hospital. The hiring manager is looking for a candidate with strong attention to detail skills. This role is based in a quiet, cubicle-style office where people spend most of their time focused on their own tasks. It is a role with limited customer interaction, and a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy and working independently. The hiring manager is looking for a reliable, hard-working individual who can stay focused throughout the day. Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 pounds so that they can help move the mail tubs, however, this is not a requirement and can be worked around for a strong candidate.
The individual must be focused and detail-oriented due to the sensitive nature of the materials handled. Quiet work atmosphere, due to the volume and details required to properly sort documents for scanning. Prior experience reviewing medical documents is a plus, but not required.

Driving: No (please verify that they have a valid DL as there may be driving once they convert to a client's employee)
Dress Code: Business Casual;Khakis or dark pants and a polo shirt or short-sleeved button up, and comfortable shoes. No tshirts.
Vaccine Requirements: Flu vaccine will be required upon Flu season starting
Parking: Parking is provided.
