What You'll Bring:
- Valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
- State licensure with TMB (Texas Medical Board) in Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist
- Current AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Strong technical skills in MRI procedures
- Ability to prepare patients for imaging procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and patients
Additional Skills That Are a Plus:
- Experience with advanced MRI techniques or specialized imaging
- Knowledge of housing options and willingness to coordinate accommodations
- Prior experience in a high-volume imaging setting
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Completion of a formal MRI technology training program
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in MRI
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with a call rotation
- Willingness to assist with on-call duties and emergency procedures
