Seeking an adaptable, customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations in a campus bookstore.
- Assist with supervising staff, managing departments, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Support sales goals, handle cash transactions, and contribute to team development.
- Train new employees, organize the sales floor, and resolve customer or employee issues promptly.
- Engage with customers directly, promote products, and create positive shopping experiences.
- Must have 3+ years retail experience, supervisory skills preferred, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
