Recommend tooling solutions and explain product features, benefits, and specifications. Prepare and follow up on price quotations including technical specifications and delivery schedules. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and website inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities. Work with internal departments to support order processing and project follow-up
