As a Machinist / CNC Operator, you will set up and operate various machines, including CNCs, manual mills, lathes, and other tools, to produce parts meeting OEM standards. Responsibilities include inspecting parts, performing salvage operations, and ensuring safety and quality compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and DNR regulations. You will follow work instructions, contribute to continuous improvement, perform routine maintenance and inspections, and work effectively with team members. Requirements include at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, knowledge of machine tools, ability to read blueprints, and work with PPE. Preferred qualifications are 3+ months in production, 5+ years of manufacturing experience, and an associate degree.
