As our Machining Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind daily machining operations, leading a skilled team to deliver high-quality products on time while maximizing productivity and efficiency.
You'll:
Lead and inspire a team of machining professionals
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Ensure customer quality requirements and delivery commitments are met
Drive productivity improvements through equipment, tooling, and process enhancements
Hire, train, coach, and develop team members for long-term success
Manage departmental staffing, scheduling, and budget performance
Champion Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and operational excellence initiatives
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and other departments to optimize production
Lead performance reviews, cross-training efforts, and workforce development
Present operational metrics and lead improvement-focused meetings
Work with customers, auditors, and business partners as needed
