Machine Tool Operations Quality Assurance Technician

The Machine Tool Operations Quality Assurance Technician ensures all inspected items meet the highest standards of quality and workmanship before reaching the customer. This role requires keen attention to detail and strong decision-making skills based on quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Count, inspect, and record product batches while identifying and routing items for touch-ups or quality review
• Identify and distinguish defects by type and severity
• Apply knowledge of laser engraving requirements in quality assessments
• Utilize understanding of rhodium plating processes in inspections

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work with small, detailed components
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain dependable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Familiarity with laser engraving and rhodium plating
• Prior quality assurance or inspection experience
• Ability to train and mentor others effectively
• High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
