We are seeking an experienced professional for a role supporting machine shop operations and inventory management.
- Fabricate fixtures, jigs, and components using steel, aluminum, and other materials.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on machine shop equipment.
- Maintain safety, organization, and cleanliness in the shop environment.
- Assist in training less experienced staff and develop solutions for project needs.
- Manage procurement, organization, and monitoring of shop supplies through established suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels, research supplies, and handle stock organization and invoicing.
Requirements include a minimum of 10 years of fabrication experience, proficiency in MIG & TIG welding, and familiarity with CNC operations and CAD is a plus. Automotive background and the ability to showcase past work are desirable. The candidate should be eager to learn, creative in problem-solving, and supportive of R&D projects.
