The Machine Shop Manager provides hands-on leadership for shop floor operations, workforce development, safety, quality, and customer delivery while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork. The ideal candidate combines strong machining expertise with proven people leadership skills and the ability to drive operational excellence.
