Machine Repair Technician
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM (10-Hour Shifts)
Pay Rate:  $65,000/yr. - $70,000/yr.

We are seeking an experienced Machine Repair Technician to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems in a production environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring machines operate safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical skills and experience working with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and facility equipment
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery
  • Repair motors, belts, bearings, conveyors, pumps, and related components
  • Troubleshoot HVAC and building systems as needed
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
  • Install, move, and modify machinery as production needs change
  • Estimate parts, labor time, and repair requirements
  • Maintain maintenance logs and documentation
  • Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals preferred
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attendance and reliability
Preferred Experience:
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance or machine repair experience
  • Manufacturing or production environment experience
  • Experience with PLCs, controls, or automation is a plus
