Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Machine Repair & Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for keeping production equipment running efficiently through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong industrial maintenance background, solid mechanical skills, and the ability to perform basic facility maintenance as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues on production equipment
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Assist production teams with machine-related issues
- Maintain and organize maintenance parts inventory
- Complete routine inspections to identify potential equipment problems
- Perform light facility maintenance as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- Previous industrial machine repair or maintenance experience required
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience performing preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Basic building maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment

- Industrial maintenance in a manufacturing facility
- Mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repair

- Facility maintenance experience
