We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Wide Format Assistant to support our Printing Departments operations. This

role is responsible for supporting the operation of wide-format printing equipment by assisting with material handling,

machine setup, finishing tasks, and quality control. This role ensures efficient workflow, maintains a clean work

environment, and helps deliver high-quality printed products on time.

Job Title: Production Machine Operator

Pay Rate: $17-$18

Schedule (Days and Time): 2nd shift 12pm-9pm ( will train on 1st shift 6am-3pm for 2 -3 weeks)

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Assist in operating wide-format printers (e.g., UV, solvent, latex printers).

• Load and unload printing materials, including vinyl, Styrene, PVC, and specialty substrates.
• Prepare materials for printing, including cutting, taping, kitting, and staging.
• Support finishing processes such as laminating, trimming, mounting, and packaging.
• Monitor print jobs for quality and report any issues to the operator.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
• Help track inventory of materials and notify the team when supplies are low.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience in printing, manufacturing, or a production environment is a plus.

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic mechanical skills and willingness to learn.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company policies and Good Manufacturing Practices.
