Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator specializing in Waterjet operations to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, exemplary communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality production output and maintaining machinery integrity.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee Waterjet and Combi-Cut machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety at all times.
• Conduct precise measurements and interpret blueprint drawings and technical sketches to execute cutting tasks accurately.
• Perform routine quality checks and document all aspects of material handling, including receiving, movement, and scrapping, to maintain comprehensive records.
• Carry out set-up, operation, and preventative maintenance of cutting machinery, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Conduct regular visual inspections of complex equipment components and proactively address any maintenance or operational issues.
• Meet production rate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, contributing to a cohesive working environment.

• CAD certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting blueprints and technical procedures.
• High level of attention to detail and quality assurance capability.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
