About Us: Integument Technologies (www.integument.com) is a very small company that manufactures surface-protection films and coatings in a tape-like form. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate roll-to-roll lamination equipment to produce tape-like coatings, cut and slit film to fill, package, and ship customer orders. Key Responsibilities: Operate roll-to-roll lamination equipment to manufacture tape-like coatings Ensure high-quality output by following established processes and quality standards Fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner Shipping, receiving, inventory control Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Other unrelated activities as needed Requirements: Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery Ability to perform basic math and unit conversions Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as part of daily tasks Reliability, integrity, honesty Preferred Qualifications: Proficient with roll-to-roll lamination or web handling processes Beginner (minimum) experience with MS Outlook, Excel, Word Willing to accept a trainee Subject to employer reference and criminal background check.
