Machine Operator Tier 1 

Chanhassen, MN 55317
1st Shift: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM CST ($22/hr) - Mon-Fri with every other Saturday OT
2nd shift: 02:00PM - 10:30PM CST ($24.50/hr) - Mon-Fri with every other Saturday OT
3rd shift: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM CST ($26/hr) - Sun – Thurs Mandatory OT every other Saturday (Fri into Sat.)

6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension/Conversion)

Join a leading global company serving the aerospace, defense, transportation, and security industries!

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production machinery
  • Perform quality inspections and document production data
  • Make minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot routine issues
  • Stock materials and maintain a clean work area
  • Follow SOPs and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and hand tool knowledge
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Must be able to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) clearance after hire
