Pay: 18.00–23.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6:00Am- 2:30Pm
Training Schedule; 9:00a.m.-6:30 p.m. Mon- Thu

Role: Thread Rolling Machine Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will set up and run production equipment and help keep our operations running smoothly and safely.
What you’ll do
Set up and operate production equipment (including thread rolling, inspection, and cleaning machines).
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
Enter production and quality data into our computer system.
Safely operate a forklift as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
What we’re looking for
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience as a machine operator/ Preferred but not required Thread Rolling Machine Operator.
Experience with machine setup is strongly preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Comfortable using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) and basic computer software.
Able to safely operate a forklift.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
