Machine Operator – Fabrication Department (Laser)

| 1st Shift | Monday – Friday (6:30 AM – 2:30 PM) | $22.50/hr |
| 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday (2:30 PM – 10:30 PM) | $24.30/hr ($22.50 + 8% diff) |
| 3rd Shift | Sunday – Thursday (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM) | $24.30/hr ($22.50 + 8% diff) |
Key Responsibilities- Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines and other fabrication equipment.
- Quality Control: Perform frequent inspections of finished parts to ensure they meet blueprints and technical specifications.
- Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials (steel/aluminum) and finished goods using appropriate equipment.
- Maintenance: Perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
- Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications- Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment (Laser or CNC experience preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
- Comfortable using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and a reliable attendance record.
